BFBC2 terrible

played the demo over the weekend, and i couldnt get into it at all...the game seems really slow paced, and your character cant turn quickly at allit also seemed choppy to me...i dont love MW2 either but it definetly plays much smootheralso the aiming seemed terrible...maybe its just not the game for me, idk but anyone thinkin it is a MW killer or even a competitor is mistakenBFBC2 terrible
the movement is the actual momentum you'd have on a battlefield do to the weight of the 100 lbs items you're carrying around a feature put in by DICE with Frost Engine lol...just thought I'd clear that up, the other stuff you mentioned is opinion so I'll leave that alone.BFBC2 terrible
Thats exaclty how its when you on the battlefield....You dont run perfectly liek you don in cod or 100MPh with a special perk in a battlefield you suppose to run sluggish and not turn around fastI though the demo was awsome...and its a day 1 buy for me!
Plus there are sensitivity options in the menu...
Wow, I didn't have those problems at all. I thought it played great and was incredibly fun. I guess that means you're wrong.
Its okay i mean i've been having a bit off fun but i still play battlefield 2 on the computer from time to time and it still blow BFBC2 out of the water

i want a Battlefield 3 :(

oh yea battlefield 2 for pc is prolly the funnest war game ever made. I never quite understood why they felt the need to change it for console gamers? I will say that this new one is a lot better then the past console ones.

Also the demo is amazing and way fun the problem is so many cod ppl who have never played a battlefield game go into it expecting COD gameplay. When they see its different, rather then adapt they get frustrated and claim the game is bad
Sluggish movement? Have you seen the rucksack that a sniper or even a regular ground pounder has to hump? Ammo, MREs, and water all add up. BFBC2 just made movement a bit more realistic, IMO. Kind of like Killzone 2. Anyways, BFBC2 is just not your cup of tea. No worries.
Turn up the sensitivity. Of course, frame rate is not as smooth as COD, but A LOT more is going on.

Aiming is fine, you probably just suck at the game.
yeah, you mean from the ground shaking? quite realistic, although it was tough to get my level 2 sniper.the echoes in buildings are extremely impressive. The only fake sort of thing is the unlimited sprint, but that's necessity if you need to get back to the battleground. My problem is just distinguishing enemy from team, blue dots are a bit difficult to see on the snowy maps, plus each class looks the same on each team.Medic looks the same on Soviet as it does on American/Allied (I think) same with the rest.

I think unlimited sprinting is because the maps are so big, it would be annoying to keep stopping.

It's not like COD's 15 metre sprint is realistic.
BC2 aiming does feel different from MW2, its probably because aim assist is a lot less. But I actually do like its aiming, harder, challenging, and realistic in some way. I think by practicing, I should get used to it.
I like it more then MW2...
I didn't really enjoy the demo. I didn't like the first one either.

Its a slightly smaller spin off with destructible envrionments and a singleplayer campaign, nothing more nothing less...

i want a Battlefield 3 :([/QUOTE]I mean you can't keep hoping for Battlefield 3, seriously, ''Bad Company'' is a different installment, different engine, different development team, just like a ''Modern Warfare'' will never be similar to COD 1 on PC.
Go back to the ''other'' modern game.

It doesn't run that great though so I might try the demo.
