What's your biggest fail on the 360?

My biggest fail is when I was playing portal for the first time, I kept putting a portal in the wall and I saw someone in an orange like outfit so I kept chasing them (Thinking they were running away) So I keep going after about 30 minutes I realize that the person i'm chasing is myself... :\What's your biggest fail on the 360?
when i first got borderlands,i though i had to shoot nine toes in the toes or balls.What's your biggest fail on the 360?
Gears of War 2 matchmaking.
this week for the whole week ive completely sucked ass on mw2, i dunno why i just have. i think its coz im bored of it so i dont really try anymore.
I got the arcade instead of the elite. Thats a major fail :x
Not getting MW2 for Christmas when I had the chance and it could have added to my library of games since I only have 3 and ive had a 360 for about a year now.

one time i lagged so hard in gears 2 my screen started to change colors
My first 360 dying because of the stupid flimsy loading tray.
pretty much the poor design of the system itself ... couldn't fail more than that
Playing MW2 too much on Xbox Live instead of finishing the campaign first.
When i first got my 360 i had SDTV and i didn't plug the cables on the 360's back properly and got no screen, i searched on you tube how to turn on the 360, i watched a video when someone just turned on his 360 ''doing it in a stupid way'', man i felt so stupid, Big Fail :lol:
i dunno my most recent 1 i guess was on friday i was playing BC2 with my cousin we both got into the chopper n i never flown it b4 the moment i took off i went hit the ground but gained altitude, but i was flying backwards into the off limit area n had no idea how to fly forward n died lol

I am completely serious, I'd keep dropping. I was wondering wth it was ( I had no idea what the mission was ) or what the hell was going on, so I keep dropping down or walking into the same room.. really confusing.. but then i like finally realized it n had a huge *Facepalm*

standing my xbox on its end and then letting my cat run it to it full force, knocking the **** out of it. XBOX DOWN!had to force RROD and wait 4 weeks for it to be replaced.this was the 2nd day of ownership!
in saints row i reloaded an older save file and saved over my current game. losing about 14 hours of gameplay. I was just about to beat the game and complete a bunch of achievements at once. i never played the game again.
would be condemned for me.. Having to continually force down on the left anolog stick just to perform running just got on my nerves.. just did'nt feel right ! But for some reason, it did'nt bother me whilst playing Bad Company ?!!
