Can you use atheist in a gamertag?

Theres this team I might join that their gamertags start with A TEAM then a A word. So im thinking my gamertag will be A TEAM ATHEISTWill it let you put atheist in my gamertag? Can you use atheist in a gamertag?
Idk, i'll go check by making that GT then tell you.Edit j/kCan you use atheist in a gamertag?
If you're atheist, I'm sure people could accept that.

I don't see the problem in it.
Idk, i'll go check by making that GT then tell you.
Dont make it exactly like that causeI dont want to have to put a 3 for an e.
You will probably be asked to change your name after a few weeks. It's against the code of conduct.
I do not see Microsoft having a problem with this.
After going on the xbox.com forums, I can all but guarentee that it isn't allowed. Whether or not your going to be forced to change it depends on two things 1) Someone files a complaint or 2)A member of the Policy Enforcement Team (PET) happens to catch it.
What about A TEAM AGNOSTIC?

Think about it.

Actually this is untrue. All complaints have to be reviewed by a member of thE PET team. No matter how many complaints you get, If your g-tag is wiithin the rules of the Terms of Conduct then you will not be forced to change it.

Any g-tag involving anything with religion will run the risk of getting a forced change. i'm pretty sure that the worse that will happen is a 24 hr service ban and a forced name change. I highly recommend you read these forums as it will answer most your questions http://forums.xbox.com/1386/ShowForum.aspx Plus it makes for an interesting read.
There is no way you could go a whole year on XBOX Live with the word ''Atheist'' in your GT, I know you mean no harm but tons of relegious people will be offended, I would probably be offended as well.
Wow, I didn't realise they were so strict. And I thought gamespot.com forums was the most strict place, apparently not.
Afriend of mine has the gamertag ''TerminateChrist'' (yes, great GT, I know!) and no trouble has ever come to him. I say go for it, what's the worst that could happen? Some fool whines about it because you share a different belief than they do and they make you change it?

Being that there's absolutely NOTHING offensive about the term 'atheist', ideally, there shouldn't be a problem. Its like reporting people who have 'LakersFan' in their gamertag because you're a Chicago Bulls fan.Of course, I shouldn't underestimate how ridiculously oversensitive religious people can be.....I'd do it, man. If they try and say you cant do it, you should fight for it, too. Religious freedom in its most literal sense and all, ya know?

I'm atheist and all, but 'TerminateChrist' is obviously just made to antagonize Christians. Thats not right.

I don't see why not. I have a friend with Atheist in their gamertag and he hasn'thad to change it.I suppose if enough complaints are made xbl might make you change it though.
Im just gonna go with A TEAM ALVIN since my middle name is alvin.
