problem with Army of two 40th day disc

Anybody having this same error? I keep tryin 2 install the game on 2 da xbox360 hard drive but it keeps going up to around 50 percent and then it gets stuck saying error the disc needs to b cleaned. I did clean it in fact I went to the store and changed the disc ...the 2nd dis does the same thing. anybody havin this error? i'm concerned abt installin because I dont play games without installing them 1st I've heard it decreases possibility of RROD? does installing really reduce possibility of RROD? or am i being overprotective?problem with Army of two 40th day disc
