The guy suing over Microsoft Live Points? This is dumb. Why doesn't he just switch to a PS3 if he doesn't like it. Quit crying about a system we all like and get what you like and quit complaining. I think his best argument was that when you buy MP they come in sets of 800, 1600, and 4000 but when you use them to buy stuff you only spend like, lets say 700. He is suing, from what I understand, because he is left with 100 points. They roll over moron! Use them later on other things. But instead he sues Microsoft... I have heard about this and I think the guy has a valid point.
But I guess I just don't understand. Its their points system. Would you rather them go ahead and charge you the 800 points and leave you with 100 less when you could have 100 to spend at a later date?
I couldn't care less...people sue M$ all the time, what normal civilian would have a better lawyer than a microsoft representative lol ? Live should be free in the first place if we're gonna have to pay for DLC and Arcade games.

He actually has a point to how microsoft points are used. MS needs to change their MS point system.

where else do you go and buy something and they make you put more money in an account than you want to spend ???just charge a dollar amount and I can keep my money in my account and not MS not to hard to understand.and dont say not everone has a credit card they have the visa cards at any bank that you can load it up with cash and then you could spend it on anything you want. with the system now you are forced to spend what ever you have in points with MS

meh on all online enable platforms you can play online just fine. If MS wanted to charge for the extra bells and whistles, fine. But basic online play should be free. No other platform is having a problem having online work by not having a fee for it.

[/QUOTE]No, what you like to call ''basic'' online isn't even close when it comes to Live and it's counterpartsI and many others have standards when it comes to service and see no problem in paying for it. If Live lowered it's quality to what was offered elsewhere I just wouldn't use the service, it wouldn't be worth my time.

Is that why you expect Microsoft to as well?[/QUOTE]i agree with jaysonguy psn isn't that good or nintendo wifi connection, xbl always comes through for me when i play online and its just a great service overall.when you've been playing xbl since halo 2 and recently just got a ps3 you notice tons of different things like amount of arcade games and the annoying connecting to every game to play online, it's ridiculous, and i relaly hate how all the psn games dont have free trials like the xbl ones
