What in you opinion had the greatest campaign out of them all (on consoles) I am inclined to say COD 2 but, then I remember that some parts could become quite tedious (dying 50 times before reching the next check point) so I decided to pick COD 5 because the story aspect was very intriguing. Most Satisfying COD Campaign ?
I never played WaW. I'm pretty tired of the WW2 FPS games, as I played tons of them way before CoD. So I went with MW2. Good action and decent story. It didn't have to be totally believeable. It didn't go too over the top. And it was nice to actually be able to fight the enemies and make it through the game without them infinitely respawning until you made it to the next checkpoint only to rely on pure luck once again. Most Satisfying COD Campaign ?

WaW because I had the hardest time beating that one on veteran. Stupid type 99's and grenade spams
There is no game called Call of Duty 5. Anyway, I'll go with Modern Warfare 2.

CoD 2 by far... when i beat that game on veteran, it was one of the most satisfying gaming moments. the rest have been good, but nothing compared to CoD 2
WaW but cod 2 a very close 2nd
Modern Warfare 2, pretty easy, enjoyable, action packed, pretty explosions everywhere, and Price was alive.Did I mention that Price is the man? A Golden God, if you would?

I think CoD 4 had one of the best campaigns. It had a lot of explosions and had plenty of action with some pretty cool environments. The characters were also really fun. Plus, the nuke scene was an amazing moment. Very few moments in gaming have been as jaw-dropping as watching the nuke go off. The ending was also quite epic.
Cod4, very memorable and top notch production values. Cod2 is a very close second.
World at War for me.

Um, where the hell is Call of Duty 1? Because that's the one which has the best campaign, followed closely by Call of Duty 2.
Call of Duty.
I could not choose. I really did like CoD2, loved CoD4 with the modern setting, MW2 is growing on me since I just finished it and I love Price, but WaW is under-rated for me. I honestly can't choose.
While yes, I will admit CoD campaigns are shorter compared to other similar games, they're MUCH more intense in my opinion.
Oh, and how about Hans Zimmer in MW2? BEAST
I would say COD2, it is the only COD game in my opinion where veteran was neither too hard (WaW) or too easy (COD 4, MW2).
had to say i liked CoD 2 the best
So hard to decide. MW2 did copy from MW1 a fair bit even though from the same guys. The Russian guys house on Hardended is really ticking me off with all the stuns grenades and 2 bullet kills. How the freak are you meant to beat any on veteran?
