It doesn't look like your account is linked to your xbox gamertag, and I'm pretty sure that it needs to be. I don't remember how to do it thoughTerminus n' Blood Dragon Armor help!
Those codes only work once right? Ew, wou might be screwed if you entered them onto your account with no gamertag.

You might want to try to associate this account with your gamertag and see if that works. Although I don't know if you might run into a problem with overlapping accounts on that single gamertag. Worth looking into.
so basically its a call to tech support?

Sure. If you can, try what I mentioned first and try to associate your gamertag with that unassociated EA account. If it works, great. If you get some sort of message that your gamertag is already associated with another EA account, then ask for tech support.
You have to sign into your EA account using the e-mail that was assigned to your Gamertag the first time you played an EA game. I went through this trouble with Skate 2 trying to make board designs. You'll have to call support and get them to assign those codes to the EA account linked with your gamertag and while your at it please complain to EA that their EA accounts are garbage and cause nothing but trouble.
ok cause when i go to add persona and i type in my gamertag, it says its already associated, so its definitly going to be a tech call. thanks for your all the info tho!so should i call bioware or ea?

I guess I can understand how people could have sort of screwed this up but I didn't have any problems with the whole process. I always use one e-mail address for anything I do Xbox related. And I only have one gamertag, and I'm always careful with it. I already had an EA Sports account, which is really just an EA account. Created a couple of years ago because of Madden and I used it for importing my face into Tiger Woods 10. I was actually pleasantly surprised that the same account worked for Mass Effect. I almost forgot about it, but I figured I give it a shot before trying to create another account and risk running into a situation like the guy above. So in that sense, I give EA credit for making that one account carry over for all of their genres of games.

But this looks like the new trend for publishers to get us extra bonus content. Ubisoft has created the UPLAY network for its games. I have already been able to take advantage of it for a bunch of bonus stuff in Assassin's Creed 2, which I wouldn't have heard of otherwise. It's the only game the UPLAY network supports at this time, but in the future it will support Splinter Cell: Conviction. And I'll be all set for it.

So when another publisher pushes you to sign up with their own network for extra stuff, take your time to do it. And be careful about which e-mail address and gamertag you're using. It's always free to sign up and you'll end up getting some cool stuff. And once you sign up once, you're all set for all of their future games.
