I finally got an xbox 360 not very long ago, but my parents don't let me play all M rated games. They let me play stuff like halo and fable, but i borrowed assassins creed from a friend and when they saw it they freaked. From the youtube video i watched, bioshock 2 just looks a lot like halo.So i need to know was bioshock1 extremely violent oris it justat ''halo violence''?-------------------And is it important that i get bioshock 1 before the sequel? Will i not be able to understand the storyline if i don't get the first game first?--------------------------------bioshock 2 ???
oh dude, heres a warning:
DONT show Bioshock 2 in front of your parents, they will scream and take ur console away, because Bioshock 2 is 200X more violent than AC. Some website or retailers even consider Bioshock as horror game, so you get the point. But Bioshock 2 will be awesome, if you can persuade your parents, definitely good choice.bioshock 2 ???

Sure, the game got some elements which involved blood, gore, slaughter, burning people and big daddys with large...um...things that drilled through people like a warm knife in butter. But a horror game? It never feelt like it.
here's an idea, go AC on ur parents. there problem solved get Bioshock 2

I'm offended, Bioshock 2 isn't even ''remotely'' similar to Halo dude..... The only thing they have in common is the First Person Shooter gamepley mechanic. That's it. Good-bye, The end.
Well, without spoiling too much, there is a level where you end up fighting a plastic surgeon that has gone 'off the rocker' so to speak. Lots of gore, lots of violence. As you are running around levels the enemies will end up F* bombing... Heck the whole premise is little creepy girls going around sucking stuff out of dead people with big enemies with drills on their arm that stab people with it... If they didn't like AC, there is no chance you can slide Bioshock underneath them...
Now then, it does have really nice water visuals...
