where do you live? is there a satellite company available?
That would be a bad idea since he'd be unable to play online with anyone
I live in Louisiana and i am currently stuck with satellite and as jaysonguy said its bad, i can hardly connect to live much less play with it, this is why i wondering if anyone knew of something better?
hmm... well, you're eff'd. sorry dude
That's what i was thinking **** AT%26T
The only thing you could maybe, potentially do, is get a verizon or at%26t usb dongle and use it on a laptop. Then share your lap top's internet connection with your xbox and run ethernet to your xbox from your laptop. I used to do this but then I bought a xbox wireless adapter! You are in a bad spot man... Sucks to be you =/
Indeed it does. Thanks for the advice though, may try that. Could it work with a desktop?, as that's all i have
Should be able to. When you do the properties for you internet connection you simply check the box that says ''I would like to share my internet connection'' and it puts a little hand under symbol and then your internet goes from your (receiving) PC to your Xbox. It didn't always give me the best connection but it got the job done until I got a wireless adapter. I can't guarantee this will work so i'd research it more before spending all the money and signing up for 2 year contracts... ;)
K, thanks a ton for the help.
