Looks similar to when a video card in a PC goes bad/overheats. If you don't have the RRoD now, you probably will have it soon.

Contact Microsoft about getting it fixed or replaced, if it's still under warranty.

sorry i just a little peeved because i don't know how many times i have had my 360 break on me. have you sent an email to xbox support worse case sanerio you will be like me and have to pay 100$ to send it in for them just to tweak something in the system
it's essentially minor version of the RROD
